If you do choose to return any item ordered the return carriage is at your own expense and goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase in merchantable condition, unopened and unused.

A 10 handling charge will apply to cover the original processing of your order plus unpacking, restocking and adding to online inventory on return.
Returns
If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item, please return within 14 days to: Ultimate Floor Care Uk Ltd, Company Denny Lodge Business Park, Ely Rd, Chittering, Cambridge CB25 9PH.. All items must be in pristine condition with all tags and labels still attached. There are some items which we are unable to accept returns on, and these are in the product description. All Returns are at the buyers expense. We recommend you use recorded delivery as proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
