Obviously we cannot give you a definitive cost to repair
your machine without seeing it, but we aim to be as transparent as possible so
here are charges. The prices of all the common parts are on our website so you
can check them out, for more unusual parts we will contact the manufacturer and
get a costing prior to ordering.
Labour will be charged out at £60 Per hour or part thereof
and will be billed in units of 15 minutes with a minimum charge of £30.
Shipping to us will be paid directly by you at time of
booking, return shipping will be billed by us and depends on your location. We
can quote for this at in advance. We can give the details of a reputable
company who will bring the machine to us. You will be responsible for booking,
insuring and paying for that as well as making sure your machine is securely
palletised (belt and planetary sanders) or boxed.
